19th December 2023. Look who came to school today!
10th October 2023 - Today we went for a walk to collect seeds. After we collected them we took them back to school to plant them. We had conkers, sycamores, hazel, hawthorn, crab apple, pear and oak. We planted them and then put them in the greenhouse.
18.09.23 Ticklerton have been finding out about castles. They created their own castle with a drawbridge.
8th February 2023. In History we have been finding out all about The Great Fire of London. We made some houses from cardboard then set them up close together as they would have been in London. The best bit is that we set fire to them to watch how they would have burned!
01/02/2023. We have been looking for signs of spring.
19th January 2023. Ticklerton visited Church Stretton library today. Everyone got to take a book home. We had a lovely relaxing morning reading books.
4th January 2023. We have been on a lovely New Year walk. As part of our science topic we will be identifying plants. On our walk we saw a few plants. Some were evergreen and one tree had forgotten to shed its Autumn leaves.
15th December. Ticklerton invited Gretton class to join them on their walk today. It was very cold but so beautiful. Mr Hamilton came with us too and so did the elves!
23rd November. We looked at Google Earth and worked out where we would walk. Then, off we went. Mrs Manley let us lead the way and we remembered.
As part of our RE this term we have been learning about the birth of Jesus and why Christians give presents. We realised that the best present to give is LOVE. Each of us made a heart to give to someone we love.
9th November 2022. We went for a walk around Rushbury to have a look at different houses.
2nd November 2022 -Ticklerton looked for different materials on their walk today. What can you see?
Ticklerton made windmills for their D and T topic. Here they are finished.
14th October 2022. Ticklerton went to Claybrook Farm Pumpkin Patch today. What a brilliant time we had. It is open to everyone so go and have fun there. Thankyou to Mr and Mrs Hartley for inviting us.
After reading the story The Queen's Knickers Ticklerton class designed some knickers for King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla. After writing letter to the King we then posted our designs to Buckingham Palace.
20th September. Ticklerton have been looking at and using computers and i pads
13th September 2022. We were joined today by some of the parents. What a beautiful day it was. The weather was dry and the air warm.
22nd June - What a beautiful day for a walk. Lots to see, hear and smell.
10th June -Worcester Warriors came in to school to teach us about Rugby. It was tough but fun.
7th June 2022 -Ticklerton went to Forest School. They re visited the rules and had fun in the mud kitchen and trees.

25th May 2022 - Welly walk to Rushbury Park
4th May 2022. Bluebell walk and geocaching. What a brilliant time we had.
29th April 2022. Ticklerton class have been exploring sculpture They designed a snail shell then made it using clay. They etched the shell with the patterns that they had drawn earlier.
Welly Walk 27th April 2022. We used the app SEEK to identify the plants we saw.
World Book Day 2022
16th March -Ticklerton Class found some beautiful spring flowers.
16th February 2022. Today we released Kev our travel bug into the Geocache world. Good luck Kev. Enjoy your travels. Run run as fast as you can Kev....
15th February 2022. Our cress grew and we ate it in an egg and cress sandwich. The eggs came from Miss Carters chickens.
9th February 2022. We found another Geocache and did some road safety revision.
1st February 2022 -Music -making our own pulse
Ticklerton went for a beautiful walk. We visited an orchard and found a secret house. Who lives in there?
We have been looking at photos of school from the 1990s
Ticklerton visited St Peters church. Rev. Mann told us all about it. It was very interesting.
