MESSAGE FROM MRS PYE

MESSAGE FROM MRS PYE

A reminder that it is a PD day tomorrow (staff only) and half-term next week. It has been a very busy and happy start to the school year. We wish you a very restful break and we look forward to seeing the children back at school on Monday 4 November.

HARVEST SINGING AT THE CO-OP

Well done to all those who sung their hearts out to raise money for the School Fund. The children sang beautifully and received a lot of praise.

SHREWSBURY ARK

This winter, our Christmas charity is Shrewsbury Ark, ‘a centre for homeless and vulnerable people’. Following an assembly by Shrewsbury Ark, the children have chosen to collect winter gloves, hats and warm socks for adults. They have made a couple of donation boxes (located in Class 2). If you have any anything to donate, please do bring in to school. Thank you, Ceri Wilson.

FLU IMMUNISATION

The school nurse team are visiting the school on 8th November 2019 at 9am to administer the annual flu spray. Letters with consent forms were sent home with the children earlier this week. Please ensure the consent form is returned to the office by 23rd October 2019. Thank you.
