ROAD SAFETY WORKSHOPS

On Tuesday 4th July, the KS2 children will be involved in road safety workshops with a specialist road safety leader. This will also help prepare the Year 6 children for their bikeability sessions next week.

RESPECT YOURSELF – CLASS WORK

Please be aware that Class 3 children are currently following the Sex Education curriculum. As agreed with parents, their folder of work will be kept in their school bag to enable parents to keep up to date with work covered.

SONGS AND SKETCHES FROM ALICE IN WONDERLAND

The children are looking forward to this performance at 2.00pm on Wednesday 12th July in St Peter’s church. Micro-video will be recording the show. We have spoken to all children about their costume. Most costumes are being provided by school. If we need any extra items from home your child will ask, or bring home a slip of paper. If you are not sure what your child needs, please ask Mrs Pye (KS2) or Mrs Manley (KS1). All children have a booklet of songs to practise at home. Please could you check that your child has learnt their speaking lines.

SAINSBURY’S ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHERS

If you still have any active kid vouchers would you please send them in to school by Friday 7th July. Thank you.

FUN NIGHT THURSDAY 13th JULY

Please could we have donations of bottles for this year’s tombola. Thank you.

EMAILS

In order to assist communication, emailing directly to parents is very helpful and efficient. If you would like to provide your email address, please complete the slip below. This will help us to improve communication between home and school. Thank you.

LITTLE ACORNS

Little Acorns will offer 30 hours of childcare (5 full days) from September.

IMPORTANT CAR PARK SAFETY

Please remember to walk through the front garden of the school, or the top white gate if you park on the lane. Please do not cross the car park. Thank you.
